WWE SummerSlam 2025: 10 Things That Must Happen

4. Jelly Roll RKO’s Logan Paul

It's vital to say that Drew McIntyre is still stranded in the UK at time of writing. If that continues, then big Drew will need to check out our very own 'How To Watch' page for SummerSlam 2025. It stinks to think of the Scot missing out on this weekend's PLE because of passport issues, but watch this space incase anything changes and he isn't teaming with Logan Paul after all.

That won't rejig Jelly Roll's plans for Saturday evening too much. The musician showed off some of his chops on last week's SmackDown by slamming Paul around the place like Big Boss Man in his prime. Does that mean he'll learn a few more moves from partner Randy Orton ahead of SummerSlam? Here's hoping, because it'd be class to see Jelly hit a draping DDT on the ropes (just as one example).

He can even join up with Randy and do it on both opponents if that's easier/safer.

If nothing else, WWE has the chance to weave in a viral moment here. They should get Jelly Roll to hit Orton's RKO on Paul and send social media/mainstream media/the internet in general into a frenzy of clicks, shares and likes. That sort of wacky stunt is precisely the kind of thing news outlets would pick up on: 'Jelly Roll RKOs Logan Paul at WWE SummerSlam!'.

Who honestly cares which team wins so long as that visual happens? Of course, it'd be better if Drew was in the house as planned, but that could be outwith WWE's hands. Over to you, airlines and customs officers.
