WWE Survivor Series 2017: 10 Swerves That Could Happen

7. The Miz Turning Babyface

If WWE don't feel comfortable turning The New Day heel, then they could turn an established bad guy babyface instead. Nobody would see a Miz face turn happening at Survivor Series, but it would ensure the match with Baron Corbin has some purpose. If Baron beats Miz viciously post-match, the Raw heel may get some sympathy.

Don't forget that Miz and Maryse have a baby on the way. If he turns, Miz could speak of being a hero to that child and wanting to set a good example. Obviously, this is a risk, but it's one that could force Miz back into the main event scene. Right now, he's not getting there as the cowardly heel who relies on Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Corbin vs. Miz seems like total throwaway. It needs something to make it meaningful and ensure it isn't forgotten as soon as it finishes.

Miz becoming some sort of unique babyface, torn between doing the right thing and reverting to his selfish ways, is an interesting prospect.
