Roman Reigns dropping the Universal Title seems far-fetched right now.

He's been the best character in the entire company since his turn, and his journey with the belt doesn't feel like it's coming to an end quite yet. That might've been different if he was still going one-on-one with Edge, but Daniel Bryan has been added to the mix and this is now a three-way gig.

There's an intriguing sub-plot burning in the background between Bryan and Edge that WWE can use to keep the title on Roman. Both challengers should scupper their own dreams by focusing too much on each other, thus leaving the door open for some 'Head Of The Table' destruction.

WWE aren't fond of ending shows like 'Mania with a heel win, but Reigns is good enough to buck that long-standing trend and close night two with his boot still firmly on SmackDown's neck.
