WWE WrestleMania 41: 20 Things That Must Happen

3. The Rock Is Actually There

Practically everyone tuning in to watch WrestleMania 41 will be hoping to see some involvement from The Rock. He facilitated John Cena's industry-shaking heel turn at Elimination Chamber: Toronto in early-March, but fans haven't seen anything from Rocky since. He's barely even been mentioned during duelling promos between Cody Rhodes and Cena either, which is honestly baffling.

Cody vs. Cena surely can't race to a conclusion without the 'Final Boss' making his presence felt in some form or fashion?! Rock's too big a part of the story (even though episodes of Raw and SmackDown since Chamber would say otherwise) to go radio silent now the biggest weekend of the entire year is upon us all. He simply must be there in Allegiant Stadium.

It'd create some immediate buzz if The Rock came out with John for his entrance and stood around ringside, but it seems more likely that he'll be kept back until deeper into the match. WWE may well fancy getting some more of the 'Attitude Era' style drama last year's bout between Rhodes and Roman Reigns barfed up. Cameos from Cena and The Undertaker got people excited back then, and something similar to that would work in 2025.

Just...don't leave people hanging, Dwayne. Bring your Hollywood swagger back and get this Cena story properly cooking. It hasn't reached boiling point yet, which is a bit of a surprise considering it's 'Mania season. If one's being charitable, he'd say that WWE is only pacing itself 'cause they know they've got Cena for the rest of the year.

Rocky in Vegas is essential to up the ante.
