34. Big Show

Pros:

1. Incredibly athletic & mobile for someone his size

2. Is willing to make younger guys look good

3. Is also willing to do whatever kind of shtick management asks him to do

Cons:

1. 'Please retire' chants are a really bad thing

2. Changes allegiance 15 times per year

3. Despite his size, he has been booked like a jobber

There’s this wrestling term called ‘tweener’, which is used to describe someone who’s neither a clearly-defined good guy nor bad guy. Unfortunately, WWE seem to have forgotten how to book such a character, because Big Show has changed allegiance so many times over the last 6-7 years that no one cares whose side he’s on anymore.

Big Show should be a pseudo-Undertaker by this point in his career: the intimidating giant that everyone’s afraid of. Besides, just LOOK at him; he’s a literal giant, yet even as he passes age 40, he can move incredibly well for someone that size, especially when compared to another giant who used to work for WWE.

Sadly, Big Show hasn’t been taken seriously since his teaming with Chris Jericho back in 2009. He’s considered more of a ‘big oaf’ than a dangerous giant, and some people are simply sick and tired of watching him wrestle.

That said, he still has a lot to offer, and his size makes him an attraction no matter how over-exposed or poorly booked he is.
