10 Badass Batman Rogues You've Probably Never Heard About

4. Mr. Camera

At first glance, Mr. Camera doesn't seem all that menacing. He's a villain dating back to the Golden Age, but used pretty sparsely in our modern era.

For a little background, Mr. Camera enjoyed committing robberies with a giant camera-shaped helmet on his head.

About the worst thing he ever did was, supposedly, capture photos that would expose Batman and Robin's secret identities. When the Dynamic Duo discovered the photos, they found that the image was too obscure to make out, thus saving them from exposure.

Mr. Camera is due for a comeback with a revamped 21st-century take on the character. Because face it, cameras are way more menacing in our modern world than they were back in the 50s and 60s.

They are ubiquitous with security cameras tacked on the side of just about every building you pass. What cameras represent, with technologies like AI and facial recognition, is a dangerous encroachment on our privacy and security.

So, with a little creative elbow grease, this once silly villain of the Golden Age could come to represent some of the more frightening technological aspects of the 21st century.
