6. The Hulk Goes All-Out - Immortal Hulk #17
It's very much hard to pick a single moment from the delight that has been the Immortal Hulk series. Every issue has had at least three memorable moments within it, ranging between emotional confrontations, to beautifully bloody fights.
However, the peak of the Hulk-based weirdness has to be the transformation the Hulk goes through in Immortal Hulk #17, where some powerful gamma radiation makes the transformation into the Hulk get even wilder, with the beast growing several heads and extra limbs.
While it's not the most nightmarish transformation in the series, there's something about seeing the Hulk become so unstable in such a visible way that is genuinely shocking to see. Which is saying a lot, given he's hardly a predictable fellow at the best of times.
