3. Justice League Vs Suicide Squad
Don't call it a team-up. This recent story from the comics by Joshua Willamson and Jason Fabok. The comic unites the two DCEU teams against one another. In this story, there is a unique twist, as the Suicide Squad is the heroes, recruited by Batman to go against the Justice League who have been infected by Maxwell Lord using the Heart of Darkness. In a film version, Lord could be replaced by Luthor to streamline the continuity.
James Gunn is bringing a new version of the Suicide Squad to the DCEU with The Suicide Squad, with a star-studded roster that you can see below. This investment in the cast deserves multiple movies - and surely they would cross paths with the League in some way.
What makes things complicated is the Ayer cut. David Ayer directed Suicide Squad, and like Synder his film was heavily edited and re-shot, changing his original version. When the release of the Snyder cut was announced, Ayer started a campaign to release his cut of the 2016 film.
If the Ayer cut is given the go ahead and Warner Brothers want to go-ahead with a Justice League Vs Suicide Squad, they may have a difficult decision on their hands.
