10 Horror Comics That Prove Not Even Reading Is Safe

Were Glitterbomb to have been a film, it would without a doubt have been the best, most metaphorically dense horror filmed to have graced the big screen. As it is, it’s an ungodly good horror comic, which is still a pretty good thing.

Glitterbomb is a story about two actresses finding their place in the corrupt world of show business, only it’s not about that. It’s a story about a nightmarish hell creature possessing a well-meaning single mom – only, it’s not quite about that, either. The best way to describe the comic is that it combines two stories that by all means should totally clash with each other, and yet works so well that you’re left wondering why nobody ever made something like it before.

It’s also worth mentioning that Glitterbomb has a sequel – just in case you want to give your nightmares a little more material.

I like my comics like I like my coffee - in huge, unquestionably unhealthy doses.
