10 Least Threatening Comic Book Supervillains

2. Lady Stilt-Man

After Wilbur Day built an endoskeleton with extendable legs, he became a criminal called Stilt Man. Day is such a ridiculous villain, nearly every list that ridicules comic book characters is obligated to include him. But he's not as stupid as he sounds. He may have a dumb motif, but the hydraulics and pistons in his outfit are very powerful, making him a pretty threatening supervillain sometimes.

The same cannot be said about Callie Ryan, who is better-known as Lady Stilt-Man (who voluntarily chose not to call herself Stilt Woman). Spider-Man can't even say this towering titan's name without laughing. When he first saw Lady Stilt-Man, the wallcrawler couldn't believe she was a really supervillainess and assumed he was being pranked for a reality TV show.

Like a Looney Tunes character, Lady Stilt-Man was defeated in her debut comic after falling down a manhole. This humiliation caused her to bawl hysterically, forcing Spider-Man to reassure her, saying, "The first one hurts the most.... especially when you're defeated by your own legs."
