Most people think Superman is all about brawn, but he actually has an incredibly powerful brain as well. Amongst his most impressive feats of intelligence, there have been instances where he has been shown to instantly assimilate and combine data that it would have taken years for a supercomputer to do, there have been instances where he has read every single medical book ever written in a fraction of a second and been prepared to carry out complex surgery immediately after as a result, and there have been instances where he has used his heat vision through an opponent's retina (Manchester Black) to precisely perform a lobotomy on them. Batman is often described as having an advantage over Superman because of his brains over brawn methods - but Superman's brain is actually infinitely more powerful than that of the Dark Knight.
