3. Ikari - Daredevil (Vol. 3) #25
The newest character on this list, Ikari (Japanese for fury) left a mark in Marvel Comics despite his short tenure in the medium.
He was a costumed warrior who wore garb somewhat similar to Daredevil's yellow and red outfit, and claimed to possess senses similar to Matt Murdock's radar sense. This made him especially dangerous, as he was capable of sight - unlike his latest target.
Bullseye hired the enigmatic warrior in order to kill Daredevil and he quickly found his prey and engaged in a drawn-out and bloody battle across the Hell's Kitchen rooftops. The two matched each other blow for blow, until Ikari swiftly overwhelmed Matt with a baseball bat and nearly beat him to death.
While Daredevil would fare better in their next encounter (and even win due to the intervention of the Darkforce-wielding Shroud), Ikari quickly became unforgettable due to his savage clashes with the street-level hero.
