6. Spider-Man Watches Aunt May Have Sex - Amazing Spider-Man #699

Spider-Man MJ Peter Parker
Marvel Comics

When you look at all of the assorted cast of the Spider-Man franchise, Peter and Aunt May are by far the two most consistently close characters - having been bonded together from day one, and only growing closer after Uncle Ben's death. It's clear that Peter very much considers May a motherly figure, which is why it's so profoundly disturbing that he's canonically had a first-person viewing to how she looks when she has sex.

Because, when Peter swaps bodies with Otto Octavius in Amazing Spider-Man #699, he discovers he can access Doc Ock's memories, which he immediately does, and then immediately regrets, when he's treated to Otto's memories of him and May boning down before their wedding.

While we can hope that Peter no longer has those memories - as the version of him that we have today technically stuck around in Peter's subconscious - there's a very real chance that he still does, which must make all those family dinners just that little bit extra awkward.
