While he's lived a life of isolation and solitude, now he has been given a chance to uncover exactly what has been plaguing him all his life. A gloriously simple premise that takes an all-too familiar concept and makes the genre its own, Outcast delivered a thoroughly engrossing first issue that establishes this deeply real world (despite it's supernatural edges) and sets up the story moving forward. Fans of Kirkman's previous works won't be disappointed by this highly anticipated and rewarding new series.
