As a rule, you should try not to annoy anyone who has a gun, let alone someone who calls themselves The Punisher. Yet somehow, criminals manage to forget this at nearly every opportunity.

During his War of the Realms arc, Frank finds himself helping an entire hospital get through the Lincoln Tunnel. Having saved someone from a car which had been thrown by a frost giant, Castle carries the injured man to the nearest hospital.

However, when they arrive, they find the hospital is mid-evacuation. As they make their way towards the tunnel, they come across a prison transfer bus being attacked by a fire demon.

Frank kills the fire demon, but rather than let the prisoners continue and go free, he tasks them all with assisting in the evacuation. With the promise of freedom at the other end the group mostly agree, apart from one guy who gets shot in the head while trying to escape.

During the journey, a troll appears in the tunnel and attacks the group. One of the prisoners gets irate and yells at Castle to shoot it, calling him a maniac in the process. Frank immediately shoots him in the face, before going on to tackle the troll.
