Believe it or not, Doctor Strange has made quite the impact on the real world music scene over the years. Impressively, he's the only hero to ever make it into a glam rock number. In "Mambo Sun" - the opening track on T. Rex's album Electric Warrior from 1971 - the lyrics "on a mountain range, I'm Doctor Strange for you". Whatever that means. He also heavily influenced the cover for Pink Floyd's "A Saucerful of Secrets" album. Some of the imagery (as you can see from the picture above this text) clearly came from an early issue of Strange Tales.
