10 Wonder Woman Graphic Novels You Must Read Before You Die

2. Eyes Of The Gorgon

Wonder Woman Year One Rebirth
DC Comics

Greg Rucka's interesting take on some of Greek mythology's greatest characters pits Wonder Woman and the Justice League of America against none other than the original Gorgon herself: Medusa!

Conflict begins when Diana moves to stop a war from breaking out at the White House, but when Medusa shows up, everything goes awry and it's up to Wonder Woman to make a terrible sacrifice so she can defeat the villainous Gorgon!

This is one of those books that appeals to fans of Wonder Woman, but also those who love Greek Mythology, Clash of the Titans (especially the scene with Medusa), and ancient monsters.

Wonder Woman: Eyes of the Gorgon was fantastically illustrated by Drew Johnson and James Raiz consisting of Wonder Woman #206-213.
