Ultimate Spider-Man #66-67 details the somewhat unusual story of Spider-Man and Wolverine being mindswapped. This scheme is, in the end, revealed to have been orchestrated by none other than Jean Grey, who swapped their minds to teach Wolverine a lesson about not hitting on her - making the totally innocent Spider-Man collateral in her attempt to get revenge.
Importantly, Jean says she didn't put his mind inside Spider-Man specifically, as she instead placed it in 'the place it least wanted to be'.
Mercifully, this ended up being the co-operative Spider-Man, but there was also a pretty solid chance that this could have been any of the number of supervillains Logan has a grudge against, meaning not only would Logan have been in great danger, but also a supervillain could have ended up in his body.
