Wonder Woman leads the fictional nation of Themyscira, an island of Amazons located with the Bermuda Triangle. However, that hasn't stopped her from attempting to run for the position of United States President, and Diana has actually tried and failed to do so on two occasions. She first ran for office in a comic book written by Marston in 1943, and then again in a cover story in Ms. magazine in 1972. Perhaps the third time will be the charm?
