5. His Sidekicks Have Also Been Captain America
As beloved as Steve Rogers is as Captain America, his sidekicks have found even more popularity when they took over the mantle from the patriotic Avenger. The most recent example is Sam Wilson. With Steve an old man, The Falcon has embraced his role as the All-New Captain America, taking flight with the shield on his arm and a cool new suit. Even more popular than him though was Bucky/The Winter Soldier, who took over after Cap's apparent death. What made him unique was the fact that he was armed with a gun. Now, in the movies, fans are now waiting to see whether it's Anthony Mackie or Sebastian Stan who take over when Chris Evans' contract expires.
