This possibility has already been set up in the comics. Criminal organization A.I.M. wanted to clone Logan using the DNA from blood that was found on a dagger. Captain America and Deadpool teamed up to stop the nefarious group and reclaim the bloody knife. In a surprising twist, Cap allowed the "merc with a mouth" to keep the dagger, thus burdening him with the decision of whether or not to attempt cloning Wolverine. Say Deadpool, whose decision-making is often dubious at best, decides to give it a whirl and make a store-bought Wolvie. Would he be somehow age-advanced? Would he agree to adamantium infusion? Would he opt for a different haircut? Assuming Professor Xavier gains access to cloned Logan, he would likely try to raise him to have free will and find his own path in the world, rather than retread his predecessor's footsteps. In a nature vs. nurture conflict, cloned Logan, or "Clogan" would find himself battling his baser instincts despite his training and controlled upbringing. Taking it a step further, the original Logan could come back by one of the other means listed, and come face to face with his clone. That could make for some snappy dialogue.
