1. Steve Rogers & Bucky Barnes
A friendship that can survive a world war, seventy years of not seeing each other and a brainwashing must be something to behold, and in the case of Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes, that is definitely the case.
Similarly to Rhodey & Stark, if you have seen the MCU Captain America films, then you pretty much know the story of the two soldiers, with the Captain in particular fighting to preserve the pair's friendship, Steve going as far as to not fight back against his brainwashed friend even when the Winter Soldier is attempting to assassinate him.
Later, during the time in which Steve was dead, Bucky takes on the mantle of Captain America and when Rogers returns, he trusts Barnes to continue the legacy he started, something that really highlights the massive respect and trust they have for one another.
As said in practically every MCU film the good Captain has appeared in, these two are really with each other 'til the end of the line.
