1. Torturing & Killing Batman Every Day (Emperor Joker)
Emperor Joker was a storyline that saw the Joker stealing the unlimited reality-warping abilities of the Fifth-Dimensional Imp known as Mister Mxyzptlk (well, 99% of said power, at least). As a result, the deranged villain essentially ended up with the power of a god and renamed himself "Emperor Joker". Just for kicks, he proceeded to remake the entire universe into a twisted caricature that reflected his equally twisted personality, with everyone in it stuck in a loop. However, his obsession with Batman would be highlighted by the fact that, despite having the ability to do anything with such godlike power, he focused very much on a daily routine in which Batman would be horrifically tortured (by way of having the flesh torn from his body while his mouth was sewn shut, for example), killed, then brought back to life before the same routine began again.
