What To Expect: Kill Bourne
Plot: Professional killer Duke Togo codename Golgo 13 - travels the world popping Sicilian mob bosses and bad guys without mercy or compunction and he does it in style; staying as cool as a cucumber and calm as a coma. Things start to go awry though after he kills his latest target, industrialist's heir Robert Dawson. Faster than can you say 'something fishy' a U.S. military force led by a corrupt Lieutenant, a genetically altered assassin called Snake and a pair of psychotic South American mercenaries called Gold and Silver are all out for Duke's blood. The film is based on the manga series of the same name and was released by Tokyo Movie Shinsha entertainment (TMS) who have become more famous in recent years for their non-Japanese co-production animations which includes Ulysses 31 and Batman: The Animated Series but the blood soaked, R-rated Golgo 13 remains one of their best ever productions and a great place to start your anime education.
