10 Greatest "I'm Dead And I Know It" Star Wars Moments

1. Cad Bane Knew Boba Fett Was A Killer - The Book Of Boba Fett

Similarly to the already noted and titular part-time star of the series that would play host to this eventual return, Cad Bane's recent re-emergence in the Star Wars universe as part of the Book of Boba Fett Disney+ series was enough to very nearly melt the Internet altogether.

However, those who were angling to see the epic gunslinger stick around and act as a consistent thorn in the sides of Din Djarin and Fett in the coming seasons were ultimately left reeling by his sudden demise in the finale of said Book.

Never one to miss out on the chance to deliver a truly memorable one-liner, though, even as his deathbed is being emphatically made before his very eyes, Bane's final lesson of "looking out for yourself" being cut off by a stubborn Boba paves the way for a fittingly cold final utterance.

Defiantly confessing "I knew you were a killer" moments before one last desperate attempt to incinerate his long-time rival is foiled by a spear through the chest, does it get any cooler? Bane was well aware his days of bounty hunting and lighting up the galaxy with his devastating quips and blasters were up, but still couldn't resist getting in the last word.
