3. Alex Forrest - Fatal Attraction

Fatal Attraction 80s Alex is an attractive, successful editor for a top publishing company. She is the epitome of a powerful, working woman. Dan Gallagher is happily married with a child and is also a successful company man. They have a powerful sexual affair when Dan€™s family is out of town. He then dumps her. Sorry, and she€™s the bad guy?! Dan is a worm of a man. He cheats on his lovely wife with the first woman he sees. Even after Alex cuts her wrists, Dan wraps them up and promptly leaves. What a bloody hero. She then shows up at a few places that he is and he tries to get a restraining order. Has this man not heard of coincidences? Who does he think he is, Michael Douglas or something? It takes the sacrifice of a baby rabbit before Dan even admits he€™s done anything wrong. So he hates animals as well and, let€™s be honest, Alex was probably just trying to cook him a nice casserole or something. When no-one is around to pick up their daughter, who steps up? Alex. Who gets the blame for Dan€™s wife having a car crash when she€™s late picking up said daughter and doesn€™t know where she is? Guess. Then, Dan turns up and beats Alex up. She then decides to pop over when Dan€™s wife is out of hospital and nurse her back to health by running a lovely bath. And she is shot. That€™s what she gets for trying to help the wife of the man who tried to kill her. A bullet. Even when she revives herself, because no-one else is helping, she€™s shot again! Well that€™s just lovely, that is.
