10 X-Men Who Should Be Introduced Into The MCU As "Villains"

As unnatural as this sounds, what if the MCU flipped the script and introduced Professor Xavier as an antagonist?

A mind-controlling mutant running a facility in which he effectively weaponizes children to do his bidding... this sounds like someone the government, Avengers, or even Fantastic Four may want to investigate and incarcerate.

We've always been brought into the X-Men's world through their perspective, painting the rest of the world as intolerant. Imagine this scenario in a real-world context — how comfortable would the average citizen be with the thought that some rich benefactor was taking in children and teaching them how to fight, run covert operations, and eliminate "threats" to the world?

This would be an even more compelling narrative if Magneto was introduced as someone who has favor with the world's governments. This supremely powerful mutant may agree to help rapidly rebuild the world in the aftermath of various Avengers battles, only asking for a small, secluded island where he and his people could live in peace.

If Xavier read Magneto's mind and knew his true plans, he'd proactively try to stop him. If the world powers saw what seems to be a cult leader trying to assassinate a metal-manipulating mutant who has helped restore everyday life to our planet, the psychic would rise to the top of the most wanted list.
