2. Man Of Steel 2

Though Zack Snyder's insistence that HE wants to make another Superman movie, the idea of him taking on the Man Of Steel again should be anathema to comic book fans. He took the soul out of Krypton's last son and showed complete disdain for the character in a way that Warner Bros seemed horribly to validate by bringing him back for another go.

But there is still space for a Man Of Steel sequel, and for Henry Cavill - that most sinned against of actors - to return in the role. It would just require a different director entirely who actually likes Superman as he was on the pages of the comics.

There are plenty of unresolved plot details that could play into Man Of Steel 2: the script could take the cloning elements and the multiverse ideas of Batman v Superman and give us a Bizarro film. That way fans of Snyder's grumpy Superman could have their habit fed and Cavill's Man of Steel could get his revival to the light side.

Probability: 7/10

If Warner Bros were willing to ignore the issues with Man of Steel, why the hell wouldn't they ignore the issues of Batman v Superman and just plough down the same narrative road? As long as they cut Snyder from the driving seat before 2018 or 2019, a sequel wouldn't be the most unwelcome thing.
