5. Jurassic Park - Jurassic Park Franchise
Other Films: The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The original Jurassic Park is an undisputed classic of blockbuster cinema. A brilliantly made, consistently suspenseful, superbly acted and endlessly endearing adventure movie with a sense of heart and childlike wonder missing from so many Hollywood blockbusters these days, Jurassic Park is Hollywood at its best.
it's a bit of a shame we've had to endure not one, two, three but Four disappointing sequels since then though. Out of the Jurassic Park sequels, Jurassic World is definitely the best but it did have a very messy script and is still a three-star film at most.
Meanwhile, The Lost World is a tedious affair despite the return of both Steven Spielberg and Jeff Goldblum, Jurassic Park III is an empty bore save for a couple of good set-pieces and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is one of the stupidest and most irritating blockbusters of recent times (that's saying a lot).
After Jurassic World 3, hopefully the franchise will finally be left alone. It's safe to say most would rather just re-watch the original on repeat instead of enduring any more of these sequels.
