11. Zuckerberg Hated His Portrayal Bar One Thing

As previously mentioned, Mark Zuckerberg really wasn't a fan of the way he was portrayed in the film, claiming he wasn't obsessed with girls or getting into the Final Clubs but rather that he created Facebook because he liked inventing things.

But there was one thing he did approve of: the clothes that Jesse Eisenberg wore. While Zuckerberg was hardly a fashionable student, the costume department absolutely nailed his look, with a selection of hoodies and sandals that matched perfectly replicated his attire.

When asked about the film's accuracy Zuckerberg said:

“It’s interesting what stuff they focused on getting right. Like every single shirt or fleece they have in that movie is actually a shirt or fleece that I own. So there’s all this stuff they got wrong and a bunch of random details they got right."
