21. Lizard (The Amazing Spider-Man)
Although he was something of a CGI monstrosity in a lot of people's opinion, there's no doubting that The Amazing Spider-Man's Lizard was a powerful character. He had the ability to go toe-to-toe with Spider-Man - a guy who dodged several bullets at point-blank range - and not get completely blitzed in to oblivion, meaning he was incredibly fast. He was also extremely strong and possessed razor-sharp claws - the combination of which allowed him to slice through metal like butter. He also had fantastic regenerative abilities, to the extent that he could ultimately regrow lost limbs and appendages. In addition, he had the same wall-crawling abilities as a normal lizard - and indeed as Spider-Man.
