6 Places The Soul Stone Might Turn Up In The MCU
1. Heimdall
Far and away the most popular theory regarding the Soul Stone's location is that it is within Heimdall, Idris Elba's gatekeeper in the Thor movies. There is quite a bit of evidence to support this theory, and it has to be said, it's pretty convincing.
Heimdall has said before that he can see every soul in the universe. His eyes are orange, the same colour as the Soul Stone. When Thor has his Infinity Stone-related vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Heimdall is blind, which seems likely if Thanos has taken the thing that gives him his vision.
There is also the fact that the first letter of each Stones' housing thus far almost spells out "Thanos" - Tesseract, Aether, Necklace, Orb and Sceptre. Heimdall would fit nicely in second place, completing the word and cementing the theory.
