9. Ebony Maw

Cause of Death: Exposed to the vacuum of space.

Ebony Maw (Tom Vaughan-Lawlor) is by far the most entertaining and fleshed-out member of the Black Order, with his creepy, dogmatic monologues about Thanos' power, and his first-act feud with Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch).

This culminates in Maw stashing Strange aboard his ship while he attempts to obtain the Time Stone, but of course, Iron Man and Spider-Man (Tom Holland) sneak aboard to stop him.

This leads to an Aliens-inspired moment of ingenuity, where Iron Man blasts a hole in the ship, sucking Maw out and into space, killing him instantly. It also results in the debut of the Iron Spider, as Spidey uses the suit's armoured legs to prevent both himself and Strange from also being ripped out of the ship.

It's almost a shame Maw had to die, because he was charismatic and creepy enough that he could've been the main villain of a solo MCU movie. At least he went out like a boss, though.
