20 Most Anticipated Horror Movies Of 2027
11. Wolf Creek: Legacy
Despite Wolf Creek 2 being a commercial success in 2014, it's taken more than a decade for the third film to materialise - not to entirely ignore the TV series, which ran for two seasons between 2016 and 2017.
But Wolf Creek: Legacy finally wrapped shooting earlier this year, with John Jarratt once again reprising his role as sadistic outback serial killer Mick Taylor.
This time around Taylor will pursue a family of American tourists, with the parents sacrificing themselves to lure Taylor away, leaving their children to take him on alone.
You pretty much know what you're getting with these movies, and though they're plenty divisive for their mean-spirited violence and general makes-you-want-to-shower grossness, they and their savage antagonist nevertheless have a sizable, enduring fanbase.
And with Mick hunting down kids this time around, it'll certainly be interesting to see how far the filmmakers are willing to push the envelope in that regard.
