Disney's Star Wars Land: 10 Dream Attractions Fans Need To See
6. Spaceship Death Star
This one might be a bit of a pipe dream, but it'd be amazing to see nevertheless. At Disney World, the park Epcot is synonymous with a huge, golf ball looking structure at the entrance of the park. Housed inside this ball is a ride called Spaceship Earth, which is essentially a ride that travels through history, beginning at the dawn of communication and reaching the creation of the modern printing press and beyond.
A shape that size evokes only one thing in any Star Wars fan's mind: the Death Star. To have an actual ride exist within a massive, spherical Death Star would be incredible for a number of reasons. For a start, it's believed Star Wars Land is supposed to be Disney's answer to Universal's Harry Potter World, and that park is immensely boosted by its visually striking replica of Hogwarts. A massive Death Star would rival such a sight.
Not only that, but the ride within could be something similar to Spaceship Earth. At this point, Star Wars is so huge and has such a history that a slower attraction which takes you through the history of Star Wars – from the initial idea to getting the first film made to the rest of the original trilogy and all the way through the process of making the prequels – would be awesome, especially if it's packed with costumes and props from the movies.
