2. A Doctor Doom Movie May Still Be On The Cards

It would be foolish of Disney to not at least look at all the work Fox has already done, to see what can be salvaged, and it appears that they may be doing just that with one project in particular: Doctor Doom.

Things hardly look promising, but there's a slim chance that Fox's in-development Doctor Doom movie may be revived over at the Mouse House. Noah Hawley, the film's writer, recently spoke with THR and told them that he had met with Kevin Feige to discuss the project:

"Hawley said he met with Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, who asked him of the script, 'Are you still working on it?' 'Should I still be working on it?' Hawley replied. But no concrete answer was forthcoming."

That doesn't mean the movie is definitely happening, but it does mean that Feige is thinking about it, at least.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
