1. Ayesha

Why She Might Die

Ayesha is the bad guy and MCU bad guys don't usually survive. Sometimes, there's a chance of repeated appearances if they either have more story value (as Ayesha has to justify her second appearance here) or some moral complexity (like Zemo and Loki), but Ayesha MUST be at the end of her road.

She's not nuanced enough for a redemptive arc, since she's basically space Hitler and the idea of her creating a Frankenstein's Monster to do her bidding opens her up to being the cautionary conclusion of that tale too. In other words, she'll probably be killed by Adam Warlock when he rails against her using him.

Why She Could Survive

Because there'd be some poetic justice in Ayesha been forced to answer for her crimes against her own people. She's wasted resources chasing a dream of vengeance, after all, and she's brought great shame on her people through inferiority, which would put her in danger of real Dramatic Irony trope ending.

Still, it definitely feels like death is more likely.
