Justice League: 10 Insane Fan Theories You Need To See

9. It Will Set Up An Injustice Movie

Injustice Gods Among Us

Fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us presents a very different Superman to the noble, law-abiding superhero we've come to know and love over the years.

Here, he's a ruthless dictator, transformed after The Joker tricks him into killing Lois Lane, which leads to the destruction of Metropolis.

Superman rules over the world, and, because of his immense power, he's not at all easy to stop.

The Superman of the DCEU, while not as rotten as his Injustice counterpart, is still rather glum, angry and downtrodden, a far cry from the traditional red-and-blue all-American boy scout found in most comic-books.

Is this because the DCEU is laying the groundwork for Superman's eventual transformation into Injustice Superman? Batman v Superman's Knightmare sequence certainly hints at this, especially with The Flash mentioning that it's all about Lois. Is it imperative that she survives, to prevent Superman's downfall?

Many fans have predicted that Lois will die in Justice League, which could give Batman and co. a lot more to worry about than just Darkseid going forward - they may end up fighting the Man Of Steel himself.
