MCU Phase 4: 10 Marvel Teams That Could Appear
6. Young Avengers
It was heavily rumoured that Katherine Langford was going to appear in Avengers: Endgame as Kate Bishop. In the end, it turned out she was set to be Tony’s daughter in the Soul Stone, in a scene which was cut after testing poorly.
However, audiences’ appetites have been whetted for Kate Bishop, meaning (possibly through multiverses), the Young Avengers could join the MCU in Phase 4. It wouldn’t necessarily need to be multiverses though; it stands to reason that the Avengers would have a whole host of followers in universe, some of whom would want to emulate their heroes.
Through Cassie Lang, they already have Stature in the MCU, while Monica Rambeau could become Spectrum and replace Marvel Boy.
There’s even the chance that Harley Keener could step up Iron Lad, though that wouldn’t be true to Nathaniel Richards’ origin in the comics, and might make introducing Kang The Conquerer more complicated.
Like Asgardians Of The Galaxy, the Young Avengers could also be queer icons if Wiccan, Hulking and Miss America feature too. Having said that though, both Miss America and Kate Bishop are members of another Avengers team which may appear in Phase 4 as well.
