7. Shazam Post-Credits Scene - Aquaman

It's still hard to believe that a Shazam! movie is due for release in April 2019, but with all the moving parts pretty much locked down at the time of press, it really seems to be happening.

Shazam! is an undeniably risky venture, so it would make a lot of sense for the character to first appear in a credits tag for the DCEU's previous film, Aquaman.

Though the sequence will likely have zero relation to the main Aquaman narrative and presumably won't actually show the titular hero as played by Zachary Levi due to it being an origin story, there will probably be an introduction to young Billy Batson in some form.

While Shazam! is seemingly going to be a pretty tangential movie compared to the rest of the DCEU, it's still important for Warner Bros. to demonstrate that brand identity to casual audiences who will have no idea who the hero is.
