5. Vulture Meets Mysterio - Spider-Man: Far From Home

The upcoming Spider-Man sequel is a tough one to talk about simply because we know so little about Avengers 4 and how it will conclude (though we're gonna take a damn fine stab at guessing in a moment).

For logistical reasons it may turn out that Far from Home is actually pretty disconnected from the wider MCU, briefly acknowledging Avengers 4's outcome but mostly letting the film's fallout lie dormant until another "Post-Phase Three" movie deals with it in greater depth.

A reliable well to return to, then, is the beginnings of the Sinister Six hinted at in Homecoming's mid-credits scene, where Adrian Toomes aka Vulture (Michael Keaton) met up with Mac Gargan aka Scorpion (Michael Mando).

While it's incredibly unlikely the full group will be formed until Spider-Man 3 at the earliest, Far from Home can nudge things forward by having Quentin Beck aka Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) cross paths with Toomes in one of the film's credits scenes.

It'd probably feel a bit redundant and repetitive to just recycle the Homecoming scene again, but some sort of cutesy variation on it, perhaps with Beck using his noted sleight of hand to meet with Toomes, could be pretty fun.

Also don't discount the fact that Beck might bring somebody else to the party, potentially raising the Sinister Six's roster count to four. Introduce the final two at the start of Spider-Man 3 and you've got a stew cooking.
