Almost Clive This one is very much a case of an Easter Egg that almost happened: Clive Owen was set to reprise the role of Dwight McCarthy in the final scenes of the A Dame to Kill For section of the sequel, playing the post-op face of the character, but thanks to scheduling conflicts with TV show The Knick he wasn't available to shoot the cameo.
