With a name like Mr. Hinx, there's no doubting what the casting directors behind Spectre are going for. The name is immediately evocative of a henchman and, with the brick wall of a man that is Dave Bautista taking up the role, the character is sure to enter the hall of fame alongside Jaws, Oddjob and Nick Nack. Defining characteristics, whether they're metal teeth, bladed bowler hats or a small stature are what make Bond henchman famous, and there's little doubt that Mr. Hinx will have one of his own to elevate him into such a prestigious pantheon. On top of this, none of the Craig-era Bond films have really had a dedicated henchman for the secret agent to come up against, so this is the first one fans will have seen since Die Another Day's Zao. Let's just all hope together that Mr. Hinx doesn't get caught in an explosion that encrusts his face with diamonds because, let's face it, that was pretty lame. That was a Pierce Brosnan film though, so expect a much more subtle gimmick for Mr. Hinx. Oh, and some extremely entertaining fight scenes considering Bautista's wrestling background.
