Governor of the Lothal system during Star Wars: Rebels and an Imperial Moff, Arihnda Pryce served as an imposing antagonist for the crew of The Ghost and the Rebel Alliance.

Previously the president of a mining corporation, Pryce rose up the Imperial ranks and eventually formed close alliances with Grand Admiral Thrawn and Grand Moff Tarkin. Having subjugated Lothal and maintained a totalitarian rule over the planet, Pryce had her sights set on more power.

Commanding great forces during the early days of the Galactic Civil War, the Governor was present during the Battle of Atollon and the Liberation of Lothal.

During the Battle of Atollon, the Governor was in charge of the space blockade stopping the Rebels from leaving the planet. In order to escape, Rebel Commander Jun Sato was forced to sacrifice himself and his ship to let his fellow Alliance members breach the blockade.

Pryce's reign of terror was only furthered when she tortured Hera Syndulla and ordered the destruction of the Lothal fuel depot, causing the death of Jedi Kanan Jarrus - a move which gained her favour with Tarkin. Celebrating these victories with glee, she would soon meet her end in a Rebel conquest on Lothal.

Activating the self-destruct in the Imperial Command Complex, Ryder Azadi and Sabine Wren offered to take her to safety. Loyal to the Empire until the end, Pryce refused and embraced her fate as the base exploded.
