3. Yoda's Confession - Return Of The Jedi

A few years ago, raw footage from the set of Return of the Jedi made its way online, coming from a rare LaserDisc demo disc intended to promote Lucasfilm's pioneering EditDroid station.

Among the footage is almost half-an-hour of Frank Oz trying out various off-the-cuff lines as Yoda, including an Earth-shattering revelation that he forbade Obi-Wan from telling Luke about his true parentage. Yoda says, "Obi-wan would have told you long ago, had I let him. Now, a great weakness you carry. Fear for you, I do."

Considering that Obi-Wan's dishonesty is frequently argued about among fans, this scene would've completely resolved the issue in a matter of seconds had it been included in the final film.
