Star Wars 7: 10 Supporting Characters Who Should Cameo
9. Salacious B. Crumb
Jabba the Hutt may be dead and thus unavailable to appear in the new Star Wars films, but that doesn't mean that his favorite alien monkey lizard Muppet monster won't be in it. Rumor has it that he died when Jabba's sail barge exploded in Return of the Jedi, but something tells us that any creature enslaved as a Hutt court jester would be able to get himself out of a tight spot every now and again. Sure, Mr Crumb is a little bit on the obscure side, but that just means that his minor cameo will be a real reward for those fans who are playing close attention. Honestly, even if he's not the focal point of any one scene, having the camera linger on him for a few seconds in a crowd scene or even just hearing that iconic laugh somewhere in the background would be more than enough to pay homage to the weirdly memorable little creature. This is, of course, assuming that they would still use the wonky puppet for the role of Salacious - if they try to CGI it, we're not interested. Let him keep his dignity.
