Star Wars: The Last Jedi - Every Deleted Scene Ranked From Worst To Best

3. Mega Destroyer Incursion - Extended Version

This scene shows us more of Rose, Finn and DJ navigating the First Order's Mega Destroyer in search of the tracker.

This is right up there with the Caretaker Village Sequence in terms of the lengthiest deleted scenes, and as a result, it's difficult to say that the movie needed the extra three minutes, considering it worked just fine without them.

But this really is a great sequence. There's a beautiful office-type set on display, a couple of tense moments involving an elevator, and - like the icing on the cake - Tom Hardy's hilarious cameo.

Now, granted, it would've probably taken everybody out of the film because it's a very, very goofy appearance, but Hardy spanking an extremely stoic Boyega is just priceless.

But The Last Jedi already has a lot of comedy so taking out the cameo in particular was definitely the right call.
