Stargate SG-1 Cast: Where Are They Now?

15. Alexis Cruz

Stargate Skaara
MGM

Alexis Cruz is one of the few actors to appear in both the Stargate 1994 film and Stargate SG-1 and, along with Erik Avari, is one of only two to play the same character in both. Skaara was something of a substitute for O'Neill's son, Charlie, who had died by accidental self-inflicted gunshot before we ever met Jack.

Alexis Cruz brought a youthful, endearing quality to the character, one that served him into his tenure in SG-1. He was tragically taken as a host by the Goa'uld Klorel, though this symbiont was eventually removed.

Cruz had previously appeared in ER (who hasn't?) and has since gone on to appear in Touched by An Angel, Castle and, most recently (after a gap of several years) Love Life, an American Web Anthology that releases through HBO Max.

Alexis lives in NYC, and is a Founding Partner for The Mythmaker Group, an IP development cooperative.
