The Predator: 8 Ridiculous Plot Holes That Make No Sense
4. Why Did Traeger Only Handcuff One Of Casey's Wrists?
Through the first half of the movie, Treager is shown to be a tenacious and extremely cautious agent hell-bent on bringing this Predator situation under control.
When he captures Casey and prepares to interrogate her at the farmhouse, why does he only handcuff one of her wrists to the chair? With her other three limbs free, it's pretty damn comical as hostage situations go.
Considering the obvious slipperiness Casey has already demonstrated, maybe at least cuff both of her wrists, if not bind her legs too? Instead, this makes it incredibly easy for her to get the drop on the guard Treager has watching her, and thanks to an ultra-convenient Predadog-grenade assist, the chair is handily exploded away from her wrist.
It's dumb movie logic at its most lazy, but given Treager's experience and skill, it makes no sense at all that he'd be so careless.
