While DC and Marvel are professional rivals, things have historically been much more friendly between their writers. As a result, there are plenty of examples of the two crossing over unofficially.

After his exile was ended, Thor's identity as Donald Blake was undone by Odin and he was back to being a full-time Asgardian. However, Thor still wanted to be able to occasionally visit Earth as a human and so Nick Fury created a new secret identity for him.

As Sigurd Jarlson, Thor worked as a construction worker and disguised himself by wearing a pair of glasses. The parallel to Superman disguising himself as Clark Kent is pretty obvious and even writer Walter Simonson thought so, to the point that he included a nod to it in one issue.

In The Mighty Thor #341, Thor (as Sigurd) and Nick Fury are walking through S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters on their way to a press conference. Distracted, Sigurd accidentally walks into one of the reporters and sends his notes flying. After being helped up, the man who is very obviously Clark Kent stares at Sigurd and ponders why he looks so familiar.

Clark has actually had quite a few lawyer-friendly cameos in the Marvel Universe, often appearing in the background of scenes with news crews. It's a fun little extra, but one that would be impossible to recreate in movies thanks to the stricter rules of Hollywood.
